Send us files below!
NOTE FILE FORMATS:
When providing us with artwork, send files in the following Press Ready formats:
• EPS in CMYK color mode, 100% in size with crop marks & fold marks (convert all fonts to outlines/curves)
• TIF in CMYK color mode, 300 dpi, 100% in size with crop marks & fold marks (should not have fonts smaller than 8pt. text.) Use LZW compression to keep your file size smaller.
• PDF in Press Ready format, 100% in size with crop marks & fold marks
NOTE: Some delays in the project may occur if submitting files in formats other than EPS or TIF. If you are using photos in your design, please save the final version in TIF as Illustrator does not handle photos well. PDF’s do not always print accurately but you will receive proofs for reviewing your artwork before we start production. If the files are too large to email, send us the files using a service such as WeTransfer.com, GoogleDrive or Dropbox.com, etc.
A minimum bleed of 0.25" on all sides is suggested for all artwork (0.5” for the box which should be one flat image for the box top and one separate flat image for the box bottom). Keep all important information within the artwork at least 0.125" in from the edge of the artwork. Any changes after the approval may require an additional cost.
NOTE: Files for Prototypes and Manufacturing will require different artwork setup specifications.
Prototypes Setup: cards on Letter sized pages (11”x8.5” or 8.5”x11”), fitting as many cards as possible on the page (no spaces between cards), with crop marks outside the live area (I.E., 8 up for 3.5”x2.5” size, or 10 up for 3.5”x2” size, etc.) For common side cards, please fill one page with the card duplicated. We will create a digital proof (emailed) for every item for your review and approval. Once approvals are completed the printing and assembly process will begin.
Manufacturing Setup: Separate files/pages per card (except for PDF to be as one file), with crop marks outside the live area. We will create a digital proof (emailed) for every item for your review and approval. Once approvals are completed the Manufacturing process will begin.
You will be redirected to a different page upon completion, we will contact you once we receive your file(s).
